Job Description
You will be responsible for the management of accounts receivables of the stores and Distribution Center assigned to you according to the standards and policies established by the head office of UAP Inc.
Responsibilities :
- Contact clients in your designated territory to ensure account payments are made, and follow up on outstanding balances;
- Provide and answer customer questions about customer accounts;
- Responsible for completing weekly reports that will be provided to managers;
- Work in collaboration with Sales Representatives, District Managers and Store Managers regarding accounts receivable;
- Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc);
- Perform any other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Diploma in office automation or accounting;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in order to manage appeals in a courteous and efficient manner;
- Flexibility to respond to unpredictable situations;
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of Excel and Word;
- Excellent discipline and organizational skills to manage the multiple tasks under his / her responsibility;
- Bilingualism (French and English : oral and written).
