Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
- Taking customer donations and processing it
- Receiving calls from people that were impacted by the wildfires and submitting aid applications
- Empathize with the callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service
- Data entry and accurately updating caller profiles
- Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience You know how to keep customers happy!
- Top-notch communication skills You can chat with anyone, anytime.
- Tech-savvy You’re comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
- Typing wizard You can keep up with the conversation and then some!
