What You’ll Do Proactively seek and cultivate new opportunities through a mixture of cold calling, email outreach, and strategic social media engagement.

Showcase our products through compelling demonstrations to captivate potential clients and expand our reach within existing business units.

Conduct high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews to foster lasting customer loyalty and strengthen relationships. Conduct high-impact partner QBRs, train partners on SOTI platform to drive and develop leads Meets assigned profitable sales volume targets and strategic objectives in partner accounts Ensure forecast accuracy and a hygienic 90-day outlook by regularly updating all interactions, including calls, emails and meetings in our CRM.

Take the lead when collaborating with pre-sales engineers in delivering exceptional POCs for potential and existing customers.

Efficiently resolve customer escalations in collaboration with our support teams to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution.

Collaborate with our licensing team and legal teams to ensure timely order processing and streamline the efficient delivery of SOTI products.

Develop, present, and execute Quarterly Territory Plans to leadership, supported by updates on previous and ongoing programs.

Leverage your expertise to drive growth in collaboration with Field Marketing, executing strategies, measuring outcomes, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Coordinate on-site training with both our existing and new customer base to drive product awareness. Partner with vendor technology representatives for product resell opportunities.

Represent SOTI at industry events and tradeshows to maximize our brand exposure. Experience You’ll Bring 3-5 years in SaaS sales, with experience working through channels.

Experienced in Web Demonstrations (preferred) Strong presentation, written, and oral communications skills (required) Experienced in negotiating complex sales cycles (required) Familiar with Android and Apple operating systems Understanding of Cloud (Azure and AWS) Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM Available and willing to travel through North America up to 35% per month.
