About the Role
As an Inside Account Executive, you'll manage daily contact with specific accounts, working proactively to drive revenue, margins, and market share through strategic client-specific business plans.
This role requires teamwork and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience and handle complex issues with minimal supervision, leveraging support from various departments and TD SYNNEX leadership.
What You’ll Do
Travel up to 25% for top customer events and strategic meetings.
Manage territory P&L, making decisions to enhance profitability.
Quote and negotiate prices directly with customers.
Engage in face-to-face interactions with customers and vendor partners.
Maintain detailed knowledge and strong relationships with all levels within assigned accounts, including executives.
Present TD SYNNEX solutions proactively to customers.
Identify and resolve moderate issues, including escalations from Inside Account Representatives.
Develop and document sales account procedures, delegating repetitive tasks to internal support teams.
Drive revenue and profitability growth in the assigned territory.
Expand strategic accounts and projects within the business segment or region.
Generate opportunities through outbound calls to assigned and potential new customers.
Present the TD SYNNEX story and offerings to assigned and new customers.
Collaborate on RFPs, proposals, QBRs, and strategic presentations.
Manage moderate-level projects, particularly during new customer onboarding
What We’re Looking For
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Post-secondary degree.
Ability to travel for events.
Work as a team member managing customer emails from a shared mailbox, demonstrating strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and multi-task effectively.
Collaborate as a team player within an existing team of reps, supporting the account and working closely with the Client Executive assigned to the account, while also maintaining the ability to work independently.
Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.
Able to deliver an excellent customer experience and meet monthly performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management abilities.
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
Advanced computer skills (spreadsheets, word processors, databases).
Effective communication and collaboration across management levels.
Adaptable, able to multi-task, and work independently.
Maintains confidentiality and ethical standards.
