Job Requirements
- Must possess B.Eng. from a recognized university level Civil Engineering program
- 0-4 years’ experience
- Excellent organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with MicroStation, AutoCAD and / or Civil 3D is an asset
- Ability to work independently and in an interactive team atmosphere
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, project team members and clients
- Proven integrity to deal with sensitive, privileged, and confidential employee or Client matters
- Ability to liaise effectively and clearly
- Results oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
