Position Overview : The HR manager will develop and administer all HR initiatives and provide HR support to all functional departments.
They will be for office and operation management of the organization including working closely with the HR Business Partner Team to ensure global & local HR policy execution and develop employee engagement to be the number 1 brand in Canada. Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and develop all HR policies and procedures including providing guidance and interpreting company policy to all staff.
- Review and update the company’s working rules & regulations to support business expansion.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, including managing employment agreements and employee disciplinary.
- Research, implement, and administer all company compensation & benefits plans including to ensure the correctness of expat and local payroll.
Experience with global HR information systems and payroll system
- Enhance and develop recruitment strategy, and onboarding program for employee engagement and retention including conducting and leading the interview with the function department manager with proper judgment in accordance with the global guideline of talent acquisition.
- Closely monitor HR KPI; Hiring ratio, turn-over ratio, retention ratio, staff absences and employee engagement for enhancing organizational performance through HR Strategic execution.
- Be a business partner with Functional Department Manager regarding to HR policies and other HR consultancy providing.
- Support to the Director for the company’s performance evaluation procedures, HR & General Affairs budgeting, and other global projects implementation.
- Manage and oversee general affairs, office management, company’s business travel policy and health and safety by working closely with Global General Affairs.
- Ensure a company’s GA initiative run smoothly, contribute to a healthy work environment, and remain cost-effectiveness.
Desired skills and experience
- At least a bachelor’s degree in any field with 7 years of experience in HR including 2 years as Manager level to supervise team.
- Solid background in Human Resources and knowledge of labor legislation across Canada.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to take quick action and decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
