Job Description
Business Analysts
Duration : 3 years + 3 extension option years
Location : Ottawa, ON
Security Requirement : Secret Clearance Key Responsibilities :
- Attend various kick-off, working group, and stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct site inspections and system requirements reviews.
- Participate in security authorization and accreditation processes.
- Plan and review operational infrastructure.
- Provide analysis, documentation, and reports on project activities.
- Engage in system architecture and IT hardware / software discussions.
- Support training readiness and test readiness reviews.
Requirements : Business Analyst #1 :
- ITIL Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in IBM DOORS and Microsoft Visio.
Business Analyst #2 :
- Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience with LMS in an administrative role.
- Experience with SCORM or cmi5 standards.
- Proficiency in IBM DOORS and Microsoft Visio.
Rated Criteria :
Additional years of experience in relevant roles will earn higher points.
Location of Work :
- Primarily within office in the National Capital Region.
- Potential travel outside the region or Canada as required.
