Position Overview
High volume Desjardins Insurance Agent, located in Newmarket, seeking outgoing career-oriented professional to join our growing team of insurance professionals.
As a Agent team member, you will possess superior customer service skills. Our environment is based on mutual respect where you will be making your own decisions while getting maximum support from the Agent.
Main Responsibilities
Assisting our customers with their payments / billing
Execute changes to customer auto and home insurance policies
Communicate with car dealerships and lawyers’ offices
Follow up on underwriting documentation requests
Liaise with the Desjardins Marketing Representative
Email correspondence
Answer customer incoming phone calls
Provide overall excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
OTL License is preferred, but not required at hiring
LLQP Life Insurance License is preferred, but not required at hiring
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Out-going personality that enjoys speaking with people
Superior social media skills- Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-Motivated
Superior computer skills
Social media savvy
Compensation
