We are seeking a motivated and analytical Analyst / Controller. This role is crucial in supporting the financial operations of the organization, providing insights through data analysis, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Role overview :
- Download and organize all relevant financial information to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date financial data to support ongoing analysis and decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide insights into financial performance.
- Collaborate with division heads to address any questions or concerns regarding financial data and reports.
- Assist in analyzing financial performance metrics and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of financial reports that summarize operational performance and financial health.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all reporting activities.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in evaluating potential projects, initiatives, and cost-saving measures.
- Provide general support to the finance team and contribute to special projects as needed.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to enhance overall financial strategy and operations.
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with various levels of management.
