What You’ll Be Doing :

• Receive and coordinate completion of customer job orders;
• Assign trucks to specific jobs within oilfield locations;
• Review deliveries to ensure trucks arrive at delivery location in a timely manner;
• Communicate with drivers, dispatcher(s), transload staff, field personnel and supervisors throughout the shift and at shift change for current status and issues;
• Manage relationship with third party suppliers and vendors to monitor loading and delivery;
• Working a 12 hour shift rotation on a 4 days on and 4 days off schedule
• This role reports to the Manager of Last Mile Logistics

Who We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years of previous experience working in a dispatching and / or logistics environment with oilfield experience preferred;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere under pressure;
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills;
• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently in an environment where priorities change quickly; and
• Exceptional customer service skills with focus on positive client experience.

• Provincial and Federal laws, procedures, standards and other requirements are complied with by carriers during the performance of their duties;
• Maintain current knowledge of compliance requirements for the carriers including Hours of Service and Driver Log Requirements.
