Junior Project Manager
Seeking a qualified design-build Jr. Project Manager for a well-established building company that has been operating for more than 30 years specializing in commercial tenant improvement projects.
We are looking for someone with 4+ years experience as a Project Coordinator with another general contractor.
Position Overview :
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers, architects, engineers, and tradespeople to contribute to the successful execution of construction projects up to $10 million in value.
Responsibilities :
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
Support in the management of project documentation, contracts, and compliance.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
