Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist clients with their insurance needs, ensuring a positive experience through attentive service.
We’re looking for strong communicators dedicated to building client relationships and upholding BIG’s high standards in client care.
RIBO licensing and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience are required.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and track interactions.
Experience / Qualifications
RIBO Licenced
At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Strong communication skills for phone, email, and chat interactions.
Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and growth.
Problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries promptly.
Ability to achieve individual performance targets consistently.
Experience using CRM systems for managing customer information.
