Position : Customer Service Order Representative Fashion
Location : Saint-Laurent
Salary : Up to $48K, based on experience
Schedule : Hybrid, 3 days in office
Do you have experience with answering customer calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor? Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions?
Guiding customers with in-depth product knowledge, leading them to perfect purchases? Keeping customers informed on shipment statuses, alleviating any anxieties and navigating billing details with precision, resolving questions confidently?

We are seeking you :
- At least 2 years experience in customer service, handling product information phone calls
- Bilingualism to support customers outside of Quebec
- Minimum completed High School Diploma
- Knowledge of working with computers
Main Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer calls and take orders
- Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries
- Advise customers on products
- Troubleshoot issues with customers and escalate to the manager as needed
- Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude
- Executing any additional tasks related to Customer Service
