Responsibilities
In this role as a Senior Organizational Development Advisor in downtown Montreal, your responsibilities will include :
- Creating training content
- Improving processes and training programs in collaboration with managers' and employees' requests
- Delivering training to employees in group or individual settings
- Reviewing the existing training path
- Organizing and managing training sessions
- Establishing performance indicators to evaluate the impact of training and initiatives
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
In this role as a Senior Organizational Development Advisor in downtown Montreal, we require the following qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years in a similar role
- Bilingualism is essential
