Our client, a great construction company is looking for an office manager to join their team. If you thrive on maintaining the day to day operations of an office, and managing a small team this role could be perfect for you!

Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer relations and manages customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Generate and distribute memos and communications in English and French
- Process payments, transfers and returns
- Generate and verify invoices
- Assist Business Development team with proposals and presentations
- Generate, populate and submit reports
- Data entry and filing
- Inventory management of uniforms and office supplies
- Responsible for stationary purchases and maintenance of electronic devices (copiers, printers, computers etc.)
- Main contact with Human Resources department
- Ensure all HR policies are adhered to and communicated to management and staff
- Onboard new employees
- Handling budgeting tasks, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping for office-related expenses.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- 1-2 years of experience managing a team
- Strong technology skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in basic office accounting tasks
- BIlingualism is preferred
