Compensation :

$80,000 - $300,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Client Relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
• Listing and Selling : List and market properties for sale, utilizing our marketing tools and platforms to attract potential buyers.
• Negotiation : Expertly negotiate offers on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms and successful transactions.
• Client Guidance : Provide clients with guidance and support throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
• Market Expertise : Stay updated about local real estate market trends, property values, and comparable sales.
• Networking : Attend networking events, open houses, and industry functions to expand your client base and professional connections.

Qualifications :

• Active Real Estate License : Hold a valid real estate license in Ontario (or soon to be completed) where you'll be practicing.
• Proven Success : Demonstrate a track record of success in real estate sales, backed by a strong portfolio of closed transactions.
• Client-Centric Approach : Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, always putting clients' needs first.
• Tech-Savviness : Be proficient in using technology, including MLS systems, CRM software, and online communication tools.
