LOCATION : North Toronto - Scarborough
What you will be doing :
- Responsible for the achievement of annual sales commitments within their assigned territory.
- Services existing pharmacy accounts, obtains orders, negotiates mutually beneficial outcomes, and establishes new business opportunities by planning and organizing daily work schedules to maximize sales opportunities.
- Align insights to customer priorities and tie those back to Ascensia’s unique offerings.
- Continuously manage and maintain required call cycle and calls required per account and meet reach and frequency targets.
- Works collaboratively with team members and management to execute business plans, analyze territory trends and continuously identify new business opportunities.
- Track economic and industry activity and understand implications to the therapeutic area, including potential new opportunities.
- Function within regional teams to develop and execute business plans, which identify and / or address local customer needs and business opportunities.
- Make appropriate sales presentations to targeted customers (Internal Medicine, Key GPs, Family Health Team, Diabetes Nurse Educators) within markets that have key business opportunities.
- Continuously share market information trends, including competitors’ activity, with regional team members.
Skills you will need :
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in science or business administration, or comparable experience.
- 3+ years of proven healthcare or retail selling experience.
- Must be self-motivated and possess high level of competencies in communication, interpersonal sensitivity, teamwork, tenacity, achievement orientation, efficiency and planning
- Proficient in understanding key data and metrics and utilizing this information to improve business performance.
- Proven track record of sales performance metrics.
