Job description
The Welcome & Services coordinator He / she ensure full client satisfaction upon arrival and during their stay : he / she guarantees the respect of marketing promise related to client loyalty status and nationality;
he / she has technical knowledge to answer any request working with all other departments transversally and within the frame of Club Med standards and procedures.

You will :
- Assist clients professionally upon arrival and departure (check-in / check-out) and during their stay (room change, transport )
- Ensure a personalized welcome and accompaniment for all clients, depending on their loyalty status and nationality; and ensure a flawless stay
- Know perfectly and share information regarding the village and its surroundings, standards, and products & services offered in the resort and by Club Med in general
- Be proactive to communication information, translate documents and events in his / her native language if necessary
- Handle daily request ensuring communication and follow up in order to smoothen client path as much as possible
- Know and apply internal payment and billing policy, be responsible for any financial transaction made in his / her working area
- Be involved in additional sales
- Suggest improvements to his / her manager regarding daily operations and client experience
- Assist new recruits in their training and for daily tasks
- Fill in for Night Audit or night receptionist depending on needs established by Welcome & Services Manager
