Responsibilities :
- Answering phones and managing client communications with professionalism and confidence.
- Organizing office files, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring workspace cleanliness.
- Preparing and editing documents with attention to detail.
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoicing.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Managing employee timesheets and payroll administration.
- Coordinating office events and supporting general office operations.
Requirements :
- Positive, confident, and professional communication skills when interacting with clients and team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with coordination of couriers, ordering supplies, and general office organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and mathematical accuracy.
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently after training.
