Vancouver based company in the financial services industry is looking to hire an Operations Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This is a full time, permanent position,100% based in office, with the opportunity for hybrid once trained and established.
Location : Downtown Vancouver
Work Hours : Mon Fri 7 am - 3 : 30 pm
Salary : Up to $70K + benefits
Primary duties :
- Setting up individual securities on Security Master
- Processing trades, corporate actions, book value adjustments, ROCs (return of capital)
- Revenue reporting
- Producing client reports : Quarterly, Year-End and Tax Reporting, CRM2 reporting
Other tasks may include :
- Broker / Dealer month-end statements
- Booking FX rates
- Private Placement / New Issue purchases
- Pooled funds knowledge

- Must possess excellent Computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with Dataphile, Harmony, Adobe an asset)
