Essential Responsibilities : Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and overall communication with knowledge and efficiency.
Schedule initial consultations with clients efficiently and accurately. Creating e-mails and making calls to follow-up any cancelled appointments to re-schedule.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Provide friendly, courteous service to all clients written and verbal.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company guidelines. Always uphold a high standard of professionalism.
Maintain customer account database with accurate and confidential record keeping. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in an office / call center setting.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
Ability to multitask, take direction and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
Be comfortable with navigating between different computer software and possess basic computer skills. Available shifts are as follows (Woodbridge Office) : 8 : 30am 6 : 30pm Tuesday Friday with occasional Saturdays.
