Responsibilities :
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, billing transactions, bank deposits, handling claims, following up on daily activities and market appropriate products and services during client calls.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish gaps in insurance coverages during client conversations
Requirements :
- Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred / must be able to obtain prior to commencement of employment)
- strong work ethic

- computer skills, like excel, microsoft office, outlook, etc.

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
