About Left Coast Naturals :

Left Coast Naturals is an organic and natural food manufacturer and distributor based in Burnaby, British Columbia and is the first distributor in North America to have a formal Non-GMO Policy.

We distribute nearly 27 brands, 200 bulk foods products, and several brands of our own including Hippie Snacks and Left Coast Organics to grocery, specialty, and natural food stores across Western Canada.

Role

The Customer Service Representative builds strong customer relations and upholds the core values of the organization. They are often the customer’

s first LCN contact and as such they need to represent LCN’s values and attitude.

Ideal Candidate :

Reports to : Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

  • Order Entry and invoicing
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery by liaising with warehouse and freight companies
  • Maintains current customer information in ERP system
  • Ensures internal policies are followed (pricing checks, minimum order size followed, customer complaint tracking etc.)
  • Process courier shipments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Experience with order entry, or similar role that requires a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid customer service skills with willingness to do what it takes
  • Strong computer skills (ERP systems, Word, Excel, Outlook)

Who You Are :

You have a problem-solving attitude, and enjoy building relationships, while delivering excellent customer service. You have professional English communication skills, are detail-oriented, and can multi-task.

Experience in order entry or similar detail-oriented roles is essential, along with the ability to work within tight deadlines.

You are proactive in improving processes, a team player, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of EDI is a plus.
