Our client, a major player in the Canadian business scene, is currently looking for a bilingual legal counsel specializing in the negotiation / drafting of real estate documents to carry out an eighteen-month contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

YOUR ROLE :
- Negotiate and draft commercial leases and various related commercial contracts;
- Act as a resource person for all matters related to commercial leases;
- Participate in purchase and sale transactions for the company’s real estate portfolio;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in the real estate sector to successfully complete various innovative projects;
- Conduct analysis and prepare legal opinions regarding the interpretation of various real property related legal documents.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
The desired candidate must :
- Be a member of the Quebec Bar;
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of tangible experience in legal mandates related to commercial real estate;
- Meticulousness, attention to detail and strong writing skills (both in French and English) are also required for this position.
