Listen attentively to customers' concerns and empathize with their needs, striving to exceed their expectations with every interaction.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree or High school Diploma equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
