Green Acres Foundation is seeking a Caretaker / Maintenance Person who is a dynamic multi-tasker with a positive attitude, a flexible schedule, and wants to work in a team environment.
The ideal candidate should be focused, driven, and have above average customer skills.

As part of the Building Caretaker / Maintenance personnel at Green Acres Foundation you would be responsible for the following :
- Performing general maintenance, caretaking, grounds keeping, and exterior site duties.
- Conducting regular inspections of the buildings, grounds, utility systems, and machinery.
- Completing administrative paperwork as it relates to the position.
- Assisting with cleaning and janitorial duties.
- Attending to maintenance emergencies as they occur.
Requirements :
5th Class Power Engineering Certificate or Building Operator "B" Certificate is considered an asset.
