Job Description
- Provide professional, courteous, timely, and accurate guest service at the Front Desk.
- Train new Front Desk staff members and provide support, coaching, and ongoing feedback to ensure the team is working as per hotel standards.
- Help create a positive, encouraging, and motivating Front Desk environment.
- Serve as escalation point for guest issues and coordinate solutions quickly and professionally by working with other departments.
- Work with other members of Front Office leadership to ensure smooth Front Desk operations.
- Make arrangements for special requests, VIP accommodations, and distribution of VIP lists to appropriate departments.
