Job purpose The customer service agent's main responsibilities are to be the first point of telephone contact with the company's customers, and to perform a variety of related administrative and technical tasks. Duties and responsibilities Take incoming and outgoing customer calls; Receive and process customer e-mails; Forward credit facility applications to loan officers; Open files in the computer system; Check the content of customer financing applications (missing documents); Contact the customer to obtain the necessary documents for the facility request; Answer customer questions and document all information relevant to the case; Use various communication channels (call, e-mail) to deal with customers with overdue payments and overdue accounts; Handle calls / emails from customers requesting payment changes, postponements, etc. Listen actively and determine the action to be taken; Carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or related to the position. Knowledge and skills required High school diploma; 6 months' experience in a call center customer service role; Experience in an SME (asset); Ability to multi-task; Recognized for your efficiency, resourcefulness and organizational skills; Recognized for your positive attitude and ideas for improvement; Ability to adapt quickly and easily; Sense of customer service; Ability to quickly establish a climate of trust with customers; Recognized for your persuasive skills and ability to close a deal; Known as a team player; Ease of going above and beyond your team's needs; Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relations; Excellent technological skills.
