Audiology First is looking for a full-time Audiologist to join our small team of dedicated, motivated hearing care professionals. About our companyAudiology First is the only independently owned audiology clinic in Lethbridge Alberta. We opened in 2015 - Making this year our 10th Anniversary. We are very proud of our clinicians, and respect their ability to self govern and self manage. We do not work to sales targets or commissions. We aim to provide a common sense, low stress work environment, with good open communication and a realistic approach to a work life balance for all employees. Our appointment durations are very generous, allowing an unrushed approach to hearing care. By removing many of the typical management barriers on clinicians, we have seen them develop their own style and use an evidence based, flexible approach to each client. As a result, we have become renowned for our realistic, personal, client-centered / evidence-based approach to hearing care. Our clients are very loyal to each individual clinician and as a result, the clinic is thriving.
