Who you are
You have a worked in a Leadership and / or Management role for a minimum of 3 years. You have experience in LEAN Sigma six and LEADS framework training. You have are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. You have demonstrated leadership and communication skills (oral and written), strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a change agent. You have demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health related field
- Initiative, sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Ability to work both on a team and independently
- Physical capacity to carry out the work assigned
- Demonstrated adherence to relevant legislation including the Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act to ensure all patients, business, financial and employee information is accessed on a need to know basis.
- Patient safety is a critical aspect of quality healthcare. Successful candidates must be accountable for creating a culture of safety, working as a team, communicating effectively and responding to adverse events.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a variety of health care providers, including nurses, physicians, managers and staff from other disciplines
- Good work record and ability to attend work on a regular basis
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to provide detailed reports and analysis as required
- Compliance with the Network's management philosophy and organizational values
- Compliance with Horizon Health Network's confidentiality policy
Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level. Written and spoken competence in French is required at an intermediate level.
