Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager, Benefits at our Surrey, BC Head Office . This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid work model (2 days per week in-office) for candidates based in British Columbia's Lower Mainland. Those located elsewhere in Canada will work remote, with occasional travel to branches and offices as needed .

Expected Compensation : The expected hiring range for this role is $76,000 to $88,000 based on a 35 hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As a Brand Manager, Benefits, you will lead marketing efforts for Westland Benefits. You have strong B2B marketing expertise and are a team player who knows how to influence, partner and get things done. You are known for exceptional delivery and getting results by being hands-on, as well as stepping back to build plans that generate pipeline growth and revenue.
