Who We Are :
Role : Operations Administrator
What You Will Do :
- Coordinates and organizes activities, meetings and events that occur within the office or facility.
- Maintains records, tracks location or fleet analytics, creates presentations.
- Completes general administrative support to Operations team – mail, data entry, travel bookings, filing, meeting support.
- Provides strong professional customer service to assist in to resolving colleague questions or concerns.
- Answering telephone inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Manages all documentation and systems involved in the Payroll Process daily.
- Review various reports and compare against payroll for accuracy.
- Ensure hours are coded properly to General Ledger.
- Act as a Liaison for colleagues’ issues; assist with solutions or direct to CIC, HR etc.
- Complete New Hire & Termination Processes (paperwork, system set up, assist with e-paystub, ID).
- Implement changes to processes as per Company and Legislative requirements.
- Enter and track vacation entitlements and schedules.
- Compile and maintain reports as required (overtime, banked time, etc.)
