Accountant StaffingMoncton, NBOur client is a reputable and well-established company in the insurance industry, known for their commitment to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions. They are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Bilingual Accounts Receivable Support Clerk to join their dynamic team in the Moncton area.
This is a hands-on contract opportunity responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the team in day-to-day office operations. Proficient French language skills are a must as the majority of the client base is French-speaking.
Key Responsibilities for the Job :
Send and track payment reminders to clients Monitor and collection of account receivables Calculate and track credits on accounts Prioritize, categorize, and address memo contents and complete / redirect to team members as necessary Financial data entry Other related projects as assigned
Experience & Attributes for Success :
French / English bilingualism is required Certificate or Diploma in accounting, finance, or related field is an asset Previous experience in a dynamic, AR-focused role Excellent interpersonal skills with professional and adaptable communication skills Empathetic and customer-focused approach with firm confidence for collections Dependable and reliability with the ability to stay for the duration of the contract Superior attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Organized and attentive work ethic with a team-focused mindset
