Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process (including employee expense reports), ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, approval and.Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsEnsure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.Prepare and review reports related to payables, including aging reports, accruals, and cash flow forecasts.Experience in managing payment terms with vendors.Experience in implementing accounts payable modules such as Oracle.Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting as required.Oversee daily cash flow activities, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations while optimizing cash utilizationDevelop and mange short-and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances and improvement opportunitiesManage banking relationships on a day-to-day basisImplement and maintain internal controls and safeguard financial assetsEnsure compliance with corporate policies, regulations and audit requirementsLead, mentor, and develop the accounts payable and banking teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high morales.Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and streamline processes.Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.The Successful candidate will have :
