Are you a motivated, customer-focused sales professional looking for a role where you can build strong relationships, solve client challenges, and drive revenue growth? This HVAC services company is expanding and looking for a Sales Account Manager to develop new business, manage existing accounts, and drive long-term client partnerships across British Columbia.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with client to drive sales.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in commercial and industrial HVAC services.
- Work closely with the service and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies that generate 20%+ growth.
