Job Description
The role is of a business development partner who has exposure in Human Resource services and support.
Key deliveries would include
- Assisting in finding organisation which are willing to create a HR back office in India
- Assisting in finding clients who require Local or international candidates to be hired for their roles based in Canada
- Coordinating and generating leads of organisations that are exploring India as a business destination and providing them HR support services
- The task would involve end to end business lead generation and project closure.
Requirements
Experience :
- Sales and Business Development experience in business to Business selling of HR products and services
- Knowledge of the Canadian market and market practices
- Work permit to work in Canada
