JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within an assigned region. Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team to drive growth, foster relationships, and expand the customer base.
The primary focus is on acquiring new accounts, delivering tailored solutions to clients, and contributing to Radwell’s overall business strategy..
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new accounts, with a focus on long-term sustainable growth
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects.
- Conduct regular meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Works closely with all staff to oversee the sales function and to position products and services to achieve maximum sales potential in sales territory.
- Respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints and ensure maximum goodwill from all transactions.
- Prepares reports for management and customers.
- Execute sales objectives created by sales management driving quota attainment for sales territory in support of corporate objectives.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and / or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends;
tracking competitors.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
METRICS
- Sales results : Orders, Invoices, Quotes. Sales Growth and Margin improvement.
- Sales results : Paid Invoices for all divisions, Surplus, Repair, verified subs and Distribution, Monthly and daily averages.
- Comparisons of past volume to current volume for specific time periods are a primary measurement.
- Projects and tasks assigned will be tracked and measured - examples include, repair pick-ups, bins places, account growth, calls per day & etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales or customer relationship building experience
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of people / environments
- Goal Oriented
- Team Player
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Clean driving record & knowledge of geographical area is a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Technical background preferred
- Automation product knowledge is a plus
- Problem-solving abilities
- Being able to multi-task
- Strong Computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office including Outlook and Excel
- Good communication & relationship development skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
Industry awareness a plus
Technical or Industrial product knowledge is a plus

- Introductory review- Will be written approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue .
- Quarterly Reviews Revenue growth of assigned and / or complementary products.
- Annual Reviews Revenue growth of assigned and / or complementary products. Quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
Overall performance and dependability. Job knowledge.
WORK SCHEDULE
8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM, Monday Friday. This is a minimum expectation. Often projects and assignments will extend beyond the normal workday.
Come to work on time and adhere to accepted time off policies.
