Underthe supervision of the Project Manager and Project Director theOffice Administrator will have the opportunity to assume importantand diversified functions and responsibilities including :
Responsibilities
- Ensurethe processing and drafting of all required correspondence andensuring the of various mandates between the differentdepartments;
- Fulfillrequests related to office management and administrativetasks;
- Providepayroll support to the project including the daily completion oftime sheet entry as well as answer inquiries to site personnelrelated to payroll matters;
- Providepurchasing support to the project including the issuing of POsreconciliation of receipts and dataentry;
- Receivevisitors deliveries communications etc. at the office direct themappropriately;
- Coordinatevarious executive or project management meetings including thepreparation of necessary documents and / orpresentations;
- Structureand effectively maintain a filingsystem;
- Preparerecord and follow up on payments of expenseaccounts;
- Maintainan inventory of office supplies equipment andmaterials;
- Completecorrespondence requests such as writing letters and completingvarious documentation;
- Coordinateand book the necessary arrangements fortravel;
- Otherduties asassigned.

- PostSecondary Education in Business Administration or similar programor a combination of relevant training andexperience;
- 12years of experience in a similar role preferably in theconstruction industry;
- Excellentcommand of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlookapplications;
- Knowledgeof the construction industry;
- BilingualismFrench and English would be considered anasset.
