Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
- Exceptional culinary skills with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to manage kitchen budgets, ordering, and inventory effectively
- Creativity and passion for crafting delicious, high-quality menu item
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience is an asset
