As a Dynamics CRM Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering projects to success. With a keen eye on budgets, timelines, resources, and scope, you'll be responsible for delivering transformative CRM solutions that exceed client expectations.

- Proficiency in project / product management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Project and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Familiarity with Earned Value reporting.
- Ability to obtain a Canadian security clearance.
- The ability to communicate in both spoken and written French is nice to have, but not required.

- Manage issues and risks associated with projects, ensuring balance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks through formal change management mechanisms.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, complete with controls, governance structures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
- Oversee the change enablement process throughout project duration.
- Manage client expectations, updates, and buy-in, representing Avanade at governance meetings.
- Lead and develop Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the project.
- Engage and manage onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces, in alignment with Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Avanade's standard tools.
