We are looking for candidates that have passion for technical challenges, a keen interest in AI technologies, show strong analytical and communication skills and have hands-on experience with planning, designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft enterprise solutions.
The KPMG Microsoft practice is currently our fastest growing practice. We are seeing tremendous client demand in many different sectors, and we don't anticipate that slowing down in the next couple of years.
What you will do
The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities, including :
- Lead delivery for Dynamics 365 CRM and other Power Platform implementation projects, enhanced with AI and Copilot technologies
- Lead workshops and training sessions to empower clients and team members with the knowledge and skills to maximize the value of Power Platform solutions
- Lead requirements gathering and provide design guidance for Dynamics 365 CE CRM / Power Platform projects - enhanced with AI and Copilot technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CRM solutions that align with client requirements
- Participate and lead cutting-edge work and projects around AI, utilizing tools such as OpenAI, GPT, Copilot, and others to enhance business solutions and drive innovation
- Provide leadership and functional guidance in the implementation phase to ensure a successful delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform projects, also leveraging AI technologies
- Effectively communicate with clients, lead meetings, and manage action items
- Keep up-to-date with the latest D365 CRM / Power Platform features, AI advancements, and best practices
What you bring to the role
The successful candidate must have the following criteria :
- 5+ years hands-on experience in a functional lead role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform technologies and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proven track record of leading and participating in successful project deliveries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- An understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Microsoft and / or Azure Certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
