Shape the Future of Industrial Real Estate at a Leading North American Company

Your New Employer

Canerector Inc. is a diversified industrial group with over 50 businesses across North America. With nearly 4 million square feet of industrial property, Canerector strategically manages and develops its real estate portfolio to drive business growth and optimize performance.

As a privately held company, Canerector is known for its long-term vision, empowerment-focused culture, and commitment to people.

This entrepreneurial spirit has driven the success of its extensive real estate holdings, supporting a broad spectrum of businesses in the design, engineering, fabrication, and construction industries.

Your New Role

As the Vice President Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing Canerector’s extensive real estate assets.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, you will develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies that enhance the value of Canerector’s portfolio across North America.

Your key responsibilities will include driving acquisition and disposition strategies, overseeing property operations, and ensuring compliance, all while focusing on maximizing financial performance.

In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align real estate strategies with the company’s broader business objectives.

You will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities and positioning Canerector’s properties for continued success.

What Sets You Apart

You are an entrepreneurial leader with at least 10 years of experience in asset management or industrial real estate. You have a proven track record in property operations, leasing, and compliance within the industrial sector, as well as expertise in acquisitions and dispositions, including environmental evaluations and financial modeling.

Your ability to communicate effectively and engage stakeholders at all levels will be essential to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in asset management, with strong knowledge of industrial property operations, leasing, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing acquisitions and dispositions, with the ability to conduct environmental evaluations and financial analyses.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in forecasting revenue, assessing risks, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with internal teams, tenants, and service providers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional designation preferred.

What You Can Expect

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will work directly with senior leadership to maximize the value of Canerector’s real estate holdings and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

You will have the autonomy to drive high-impact initiatives and be part of a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The role offers a competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that encourages entrepreneurship and professional growth.

Next Steps

If you meet the qualifications outlined above and are excited about leading Canerector’s real estate initiatives, we encourage you to apply.
