Role :
We are seeking an operationally motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic, growing organization in the specialized industrial engineering and manufacturing sector.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing our management’s ability to communicate, grow, and maximize our employees' potential.

Outcomes of this role :
Maximize HR Operations : Manage data input / accuracy for all employee life cycle processes and systems, including recruitment, integration, relocations, transfers, and separations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide best-practice HR services.
- Evolve Performance Management : Coach and guide managers to improve their leadership skills and foster a performance-driven culture.
- Support Business Needs : Develop our employees both personally and professionally to meet current and future business demands.
- Strategic Growth Contribution : Play a strategic role in the company’s growth and success.
- Enhance Retention and Engagement : Help employees build sustainable careers and increase overall retention and engagement.
- Streamline HR Operations : Standardize HR operations across multiple facilities.
Other stuff we look for :
- 10+ years of human resources, recruitment, and / or department management experience in a related industry
- Experience with HRIS, notably ADP Workforce
