Tasks
- Participating in new equipment installations, modifications, and repairs.
- Finding solutions and improvements to achieve production goals.
- Implementing preventive and corrective maintenance projects for production equipment.
- Supervising the work executed by company personnel.
- Managing weekly scheduling and work supervision, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety measures.
- Allocating personnel needs on the floor to optimize their performance.
- Ensuring compliance with work procedures, environmental standards, and various codes such as building codes and electrical codes.
- Purchasing necessary equipment based on needs.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DVS in Electromechanics, DCS in Industrial Mechanics, or equivalent training.
- Three to five years of team supervision and mechanical maintenance experience.
- Spoken and written languages : French and English (mandatory).
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
