What we're looking for :
- 5+ years of partner marketing experience, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving successful marketing programs.
- Experience working with AWS or other hyperscalers is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of partner demand generation, field marketing and event planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to travel as needed to support field activations and events.
What you can expect :
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to support our growth with AWS and through the AWS Marketplace ecosystem
- Craft persona-based solution messaging that articulates the joint value prop of 1Password and AWS together, aligning to 1Password core campaign themes and AWS key messages
- Collaborate with internal and partner stakeholders to develop marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars, specifically tailored for the needs of various AWS marketing programs
- Drive demand generation initiatives through targeted marketing programs aimed at generating leads, nurturing prospects, and accelerating partner-sourced opportunities within the AWS Marketplace ecosystem.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 1Password managed joint marketing campaigns
- Manage AWS MDF and support the development and delivery of AWS-led and AWS-managed campaigns
- Activate co-selling opportunities by creating and delivering marketing materials, training programs, and resources to empower partners to successfully market our solutions on AWS Marketplace
- Lead the strategy, planning and execution of 1Password presence at AWS field events, including but not limited to AWS Game Days and AWS Summits
- In partnership with our Director of Field & Corporate Events, define success criteria and lead the strategy, planning and execution of 1Password sponsorship and event surround at AWS re : Inforce and AWS re : Invent
- In partnership with Channel Enablement, develop enablement documents, slide decks, and necessary collateral to support the training and activation of both internal and AWS sellers
- Manage the AWS-dedicated marketing budget and available MDF, allocate resources across tactics, and optimize spending to improve results.
- Partner with AWS Partnerships team to define key metrics and develop necessary reporting capabilities to measure AWS partner program efficacy and impact on revenue
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders within GTM Partnerships and AWS partner teams, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing-related activities.
- Stay abreast of AWS APN and Marketplace trends, best practices, and developments to inform strategic decision-making and maximize marketing impact within the AWS ecosystem.
USA-based roles only : The annual base salary for this role is between $127,000 USD and $171,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only : The annual base salary for this role is between $112,000 CAD and $152,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
