About the Role
The Business Development Representative Level II maintains customer relationships, drives vendor initiatives, supports partner enablement, and manages vendor pipelines.
You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs for the sales organization.
What You’ll Do :
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with vendors on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct vendor training and provide product / program guidance.
- Track and manage vendor pipelines, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up and reporting.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products and industry trends.
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas and drive results.
- Use problem-solving and technical knowledge for requests.
- Participate in sales team account planning and reviews.
- Attend industry-specific training as needed.
What We’re Looking For :
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Post-secondary degree / diploma in business or related fields preferred; high school diploma required.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and terminology.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficient in basic math, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and promote ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
