JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Manager in the esports team, you will help define the esports strategy and establish processes and rules to support the operations of all esports programs globally for Rainbow Six : Siege.

You are a positive, dedicated, and meticulous collaborator with a solid knowledge of the esports industry or sports industry on the administrative side, who understands both the business and integrity aspects of it.

You can take into consideration different points of view to inform your decision making and argue your decisions factually while understanding the practical implications they might have on internal and external partners.

What you'll do

  • Work alongside a team of Product Managers to create and define the future of Rainbow Six Esports;
  • Coordinate between the game's production team and the teams operating esports programs in each region;
  • Create and streamline processes to facilitate the operations of all esports programs globally;
  • Identify issues and risks and collaborate with cross-functional team worldwide to overcome them;
  • Understand and own Siege esports' regulations in detail to support operational teams in their enforcement of such rules;
  • Coordinate and conduct investigations related to the enforcement of our esports rules;
  • Stay aware of industry practices in terms of esports ecosystem administration, operations, and structuring.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you bring

  • 3 years' experience in esports administration, business development for video games or sports, or legal for video games publishers or sports leagues;
  • Solid mental framework to analyze complex problems from multiple angles, meticulously dissect them to lay out their stakes and support the following decision-making process;
  • Unwavering decision-making skills under strict deadlines and rapidly changing conditions;
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to federate around ones' vision;
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Solid skills in all MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Passion for esports, Rainbow Six Siege, its community and / or Ubisoft;
  • Previous experience working in the video game industry.
