Job descriptionAnalyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams to determine optimal product Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment strategies Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement measures Recap, analyze and communicate actual to plan results with recommendations for Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance metrics, and inventory reports Partner with production and logistics to ensure timely product delivery Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics Support new product launches with initial forecasting and demand ramp-up planning Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed 3+ years of experience in retail / wholesale planning Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field is an asset Strong analytical aptitudes, must be precise and rigorous Knowledge of complex applications of MS Excel Experience with inventory management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to translate complex data Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools Knowledge of fashion / retail industry trends and seasonality Demonstrated success in inventory optimization Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen
