We are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our night shift and contribute to the continued success of our operations.
Position Overview : As the Production Supervisor on the night shift, you will oversee and coordinate all daily activities on the production floor. You will be responsible for leading a team of production workers to meet targets while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your leadership will be key in managing the shift effectively and addressing any challenges that arise during production.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and mentor a team of production workers, ensuring that production goals, safety standards, and quality expectations are met.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the manufacturing process during the night shift.
- Monitor production timelines, troubleshoot any operational issues, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address challenges.
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Train and develop team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Ensure all production documentation is completed accurately and timely, including daily reports for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization efforts.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies for the shift to avoid production delays.
