Job descriptionManage daytoday production activities ensuring efficiency and timely completion of targets Oversee and support teams working in assembly glazing and machine operations Assign resources effectively to streamline processes and improve material flow Work closely with various departments to align production with business objectives Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance promoting a culture of workplace safety Analyze workflows and implement strategies to boost productivity and costeffectiveness Coordinate equipment maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations Contribute to production meetings by providing insights tracking progress and addressing operational challenges 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment 5 years experience as a production supervisor Strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing workflow optimization and quality control Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed in a production setting
